Canceled Co. – Return & Refund Policy

At Canceled Co., we stand behind every product we ship — even the ones that get people actually canceled. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or just isn’t what you expected, we’ll make it right.

Returns

Because our products are limited-run, first-edition, and often used for content creation, we only accept returns for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Missing items

  • Shipping issues caused by us or the carrier

To start a return, email IT@canceled.co within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If the return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a prepaid return label (when applicable). Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (“my friend group can’t handle jokes”)

  • Items marked Final Sale or Limited Edition (once they’re gone, they’re gone)

  • Lost packages where the shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer

Exchanges

We replace items only if they’re defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, email IT@canceled.co and we’ll handle it for you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We can modify or cancel orders within 1 hour after purchase. After that, they may already be processing or shipped. Email us immediately if you need help.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered,” we are no longer responsible for it.

If your order is lost or stolen, we’ll help file a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee a replacement.
