Canceled Co. – Shipping Policy

We ship orders fast so you can start causing problems responsibly. Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be changed or canceled.

Processing & Handling

Orders typically process in 1–2 business days. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered,” we are no longer responsible for it. If your package is lost or stolen, we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier, but replacements are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, or taxes.
